For achievement of favorable image of an out-patient department until the end of 2016 to direct all their efforts for performance of the following priority directions within the State program:
1) Continuation of strengthening and development of personnel resources;
2) Continuation of actions, aimed at the formation of the population of joint responsibility for their own health, skills of a healthy delivery and food safety;
3) to increase skill level of health workers of PHC to work on the family principle;
4) further improvement maintaining electron medical records of the ambulatory patient;
5) continuation of actions for depression of a maternal and infantile mortality, mortality from illnesses of the blood circulatory system, oncologic diseases, traumatism, tuberculosis;
6) well-timed diagnostics and effective dynamic observation of patients with IBCS, a diabetes mellitus;
7) carrying out programs of national screening of 100%;
8) intensifying of a role of primary link of health care in early diagnostics of MN, early detection of a pulmonary tuberculosis.

According to the order of Acting Minister of Health of Kazakhstan dated July 22, 2011 № 468 "About approval of the recommendations on survey of citizens to determine the degree of satisfaction with the level and quality of care provided» RSE on the EJR TPCFM «Demeu» conducts a quarterly survey to assess the activities of the organizations.
Increased patient satisfaction with quality of care is one of the most important tasks facing any medical institution. Today, in a search for new approaches to improve the quality of medical services, patient views can be one of the criteria in the comprehensive evaluation of the Family Medicine Center.
The results of the study of the quality of services satisfaction reflect accurately the positive and negative trends, reveal the factors that reduce patient satisfaction health care. This makes it possible to take timely corrective action and serves as an objective basis for decision-making institution management.
The aim of this study was to evaluate patients without a definite opinion about the sample provided by a service provider.
The study involved patients over the age of 10 years, has passed for consultation / treatment -in the IV quarter of 2016 and gave the voluntary informed consent to participate in the study. Collection of statistical data held continuous manner, using questionnaires with patients waiting in line at the reception.
In the course of gathering material filled profiles on a quarterly basis 30 questionnaires, after checking into the analysis included all profiles.
Most respondents working people aged 18-39 years who have chosen center "Demeu" on the right of free choice. 70% of respondents do not expect, or the time spent waiting in line registry of more than 15 minutes. Describing the situation in the order of appointment with the family doctor can be concluded that only 47% of patients expected to more than 15 minutes, 37% of patients have to wait their turn from a half hour to 45 minutes. Also, violations do not appear or appear the next day on the call is not revealed. Overall satisfaction 75% of patients, there are no answers to the full satisfaction, this fact noted. 93% of respondents answered that they were satisfied with the result of treatment in the Center "Demeu" and the result of medical care.

The sociological research on rendering the medical-social help by nurses in PHC is conducted. These researches are given below.
Aim: the study of the opinions of nurses in rendering the medical – social help to the population.   
The Methods of a sociological research consists in the following: the survey was conducted using questionnaires. The questionnaire on the structure consists of the opened and closed questions (see enclosure №1)
The quantitative analysis of results of questioning is presented in the table №2 (see enclosure №2).
During the sociological research 23 respondents were interviewed (home nursing nurses)
1.      From them  
3,3 % -men;
96,7% - women.
2.      Age structure of men:
      100% - 20-21 years
        Age structure of women:
     50% -19-27 years
     21% - 28-37 years
     16% - 38-47 years
     12% -48-57 years
     1% - 58 years and older.
As a result among the interviewed respondents persons of young age prevail (50%).

So, results of poll show that the nurse's profession is traditionally chosen by women, (96,7) %  The share of spesialists of nurse business (women) from groups various by the nature of activity, isn't identical: The Bachelor Nurse 5%, Head nurse trabecular  3%, Students 2 %, General practice nurses - 85%, Laboratory  assistant -3 %, Obstetrician  - 2%.
The stereotypes which strongly took roots in public consciousness "the sister of mercy» put up a wall of «invisible" brick which apparently is absent, but in too time it exists, preventing to the nurse to realize itself in career and personal development. 
Such situation is influenced by a set of factors, including understanding of inequality of chances concerning professional growth of nurses. When the question was asked to respondents «Whether there is a possibility of professional development? » that 90% answered positively, and 10% answered no.  "Do you feel an equal partner of the doctor? Do you like an independent appointment? " answers of these questions were distributed as follows: all specialists of nurse business answered yes; If to carry out the analysis of the poll on the basis of an age section, then it is possible to see what is more sure feeling  the younger generation and specialists of middle age (diagram №1).

Society realizes need of respect of the human person more and more that demands the differentiated approach of nurses to patients, the accounting of their sex, age, the social status, features of character. Reorganization of a health system frames a situation in which is more and more brightly shown influence of personal social and psychological factors on efficiency and productivity of professional activity.
Successful development of reforms in branch is impossible without support of health workers. The important role in this process is played by degree of satisfaction them work, social and financial position, psychological climate in collective
 For the purpose of studying of medical-social characteristics of modern nurse business and optimization of pedagogical methods influence in postdiploma training in specially developed questionnaire the method of interviewing interviewed 90 nurses. Questioning was carried out on the basis of the center of family health “Demeu»
The age of 49% of the interviewed nurses made from 28 to 57 years, every eighth nurse was up to 30 years, three women were older than 55 years. 86,3% of the interviewed nurses had a secondary vocational education, the higher education — at five.
 Now 97% of nurses work independently, study in absentia (students) of 2%.
On a question: "Whether it is held in your organization any seminars, occurrings, conferences especially for nurses, whether you participate?" 100% of respondents answered "yes". "Field of knowledge in which you would like to be improved? » Answers "psychology" were given on 22% of respondents, "social protection of the population" gave 78%.
At the answer to a question: "your impressions of your work" from 6 options of 99% of nurses answered "I find the work interesting", The smallest number of answers were the share of options "very overestimated demands". Thus, along with great demands placed on work, nurses at its performance rely on high-quality preparation and diligence.
On a question: "Whether there were at you at work conflict situations? (problems)" 100% of nurses answered no;  Socially oriented nurses consider that in the relations with people it is necessary to be very careful, though training of health workers is based on primary trust to information provided by patients. Skills of resistance to stress are important for professional activity of the health worker.
To work without the conflicts and well depends as far as the nurse can carry out social assessment of a family. The question "Whether you are able to estimate requirements of a family with the child of early age?" of 80% was answered by all can estimate, at 10% consider that having estimated the social status of a family it is possible to learn requirement, and 5% material requirement and 5% of a problem of the nursing mother.
The obtained data confirm the thesis about high social orientation of nurses as in one case (search of problems in the most nursing mother), and in another — to see integrated approach i.e. a problem hiding in all family members..
Nurses were offered to estimate on how many important to have qualities from 15 points on the 5 mark scale, where "5" highest, and "1" point the lowest:

100% estimated the following items on "5" points: 1,2,3,5,6,7,9,12,13,15
      At the present stage quality of labor life is the most important incentive of develop of work efficiency. The greatest share of respondents (90%)) consider that working in socially oriented collective where much attention to continuous training is paid and the basic principles of medico-social services are kept along with professional demands receive inspiration and stimulation.
 On the basis of the conducted research it is possible to draw the following conclusions:
The main value of the studied group of health workers is bringing satisfaction, demanded by society, with the corresponding image work. Optimization of the interpersonal relations provides labor productivity rising more than all known scientific organizations of work.
The last places in the list of vital values at glory, popularity and career are a consequence of the underestimated self-rating and pessimism at respondents in this connection efforts not so much pedagogical, how many social are necessary.
Therefore, the subjective perception of quality of life and health representing the integrated characteristic of a physical, emotional and social condition of the person allows to draw a conclusion on rather high influence of personal factors of nurses on efficiency and productivity of professional activity and on the reforms happening in branch.
